Ingredients:
45 ml Scotch/Bourbon
30ml Passionfruit Liqueur
30ml fresh Passionfruit Juice
Ice
1 large Egg white /30mls aquafaba
2-3 drops of bitters optional
Method:

Add ice shake again. Strain & pour into a glass. Enjoy
